I recommend Cebu R Hotel as one which is value for money. I stayed in the hotel for one week. When i made a reservation for Standard R room, the reception manager upgraded from my Standard room to Deluxe r for free because i was staying for quite long days and there were some empty Deluxe rooms. My room was a so spacious for a man. There were a refrigerator, air conditioner and flat TV. All staffs were friendly and kind.
This hotel is good for a person who wanna stay in good location that is available to reach to every place in the short time as this one is located near mango square so you can go to most of famous places by taxi easily and fast such as Jy square, Elisabeth mall, Ayala mall, and colon and carbon street and SM malll

If you want a hotel which has higher quality and the same advantage of location, Crown Regency hotel can make you satisfied. The rate of room deluxe room is 58 USD this time when i checked. The special feature of this hotel is to provide various recreational services such as 'sky walk' and 4D Theater so on... and there is a casino next to his hotel in 5 minutes walking distance and club' Jave' in 10 minutes distance by walking.
When you wanna go to mactan for hoping tour or diving, you can get there within 30 minutes by taxi and It usually costs less 300 peso.
